WHEN SHOULD YOU TAKE CREATINE MONOHYDRATE AND HOW MUCH?

Creatine supplementation. The recommended way to dose is 0.03g x LBW = serving size (lean body weight). If you wish to do a loading phase, the dosage is increased to 0.3g x LBW = serving size for up to 20 days; however, a loading phase isn’t essential – it’ll only take a few more weeks to saturate your muscles.

You do not need to cycle on and off Creatine as has been previously suggested. The industry standard is 5g per day, as this is generally sufficient for the general population; the equation above is the correct scientific dosage.
