Each 1000mg soft gel of Omega 3 Fish Oil contains contaminant-free, pure fish oil to provide adequate quantities of essential fatty acids. These need to be ingested from food as they are not naturally produced by the human body. EPA and DHA are essential Omega-3 fatty acids that are found in fish oils.

DHA supports the maintenance of vision and normal brain function and the beneficial effect can be obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA. When 250mg of DHA is taken with at least 250mg of EPA (ours contains 500mg) it also contributes to normal heart function. With a 1:2 ratio of DHA to EPA these softgels will also aid the reduction of inflammation.

WHEN SHOULD I TAKE Omega 3 Fish Oil AND HOW MUCH?

Take one softgel once a day every day. To aid in creating a habit we’d recommend taking it first thing in the morning.
